Hi all from Upstate NY. I only began brewing in June and am building up a supply so that I can let my brews condition longer. Currently fermenting an American IPA. Both Son and Son-in-law have been brewing for a while so I thought I'd give it a try. THe brewing is almost as much fun as the consuming. In fact I start thinking that it is more fun, until I pop one open.
