I'm brewing a 6 gallon IPA extract

I have a # of cascade and a # of lemon drop hops to work with. Not going to use all , just what I have to work with.

Looking for a moderate bitterness with great fruit flavour and aroma.

I realize neither of these are a typical bittering hops but would like any input on a Hop schedule to achieve what I'm looking for.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I seem to see cascade being used quite a bit as a bittering hop actually. I can't even find lemon drop in my brewing app, but based on the name alone I'm guessing it's primarily a flavoring hop. Based on that I would probably put cascade earlier in the boil and lemon drop later. Of course I'm brand new at this too, so don't do anything without input from more experience brewers lol.

I would use the cascade for 60 min then cascade and lemon at 20 min then lemon at 5 min / flameout / whirlpool and dry hop with lemon
