Leftovers Pale Ale

Hi all,

Got some Perle and Cascade to get rid of, as well as some Caramunich 1 I bought by mistake so was thinking of knocking up the below Pale Ale recipe. Any thoughts/adjustments? Does this sound drinkable?

Grain:
Pale Ale - 5kg (10lbs)
Caramunich 1 - 500g (1lb)

Hops:
Perle - 20g (3/4oz) @ 60 min. 15g (1/2 oz) @ 30 min

Cascade
30g (1oz) @ 10
30g (1oz) @ 2

70g (2.5oz) dry hop @ 5 days

US05 yeast

For my pales/IPA's, I do FWH, whirlpool and dry hop. Been happy with the results.

Thanks guys - was a little worried about the Perle (never used them in an ale) and the Caramunich (never used it).

If all looks good, I'll brew on!
