I left a packet of Nottingham Dry yeast in an unairconditioned room for about a month. The temps were probably 85 degrees. The packet says to store refridgerated, is it still ok to use this packet?
 
Yes, but the live cell count will likely be lower. What is the OG of the beer you're pitching into?

Many beers kits contain yeast and sit on the shelf for a while.

make a starter and see if it takes off
 
A packet of 11.5 grams of nottingham will contains 200 billion yeast cells, even at a loss of 20% viability you still will be ok into the mid 1.050s. If your gravity is much more above that you should be using more than one packet anyway.

Again, I wouldn't worry about it.
