I've got some left over DME dark, and 2 different types of left over liquid malt extract. .
Left over ingredients?? Not sure my brother gave them to me and said something about a drunk squirrel attack lol. I quit asking
was thinkin about using it up..
however I will need to figure out my Hops on it..
here's my current left over inventory I want to use up..
3.15 #'s Dark Malt extract syrup
6#'s Pilsen malt extract syrup
1#'s DME briess trad dark
I was thinking of adding in some flaked oats to it as well to add some creaminess.
with all the the OG should be around 1.07
FG 1.017
overall its looking similar to a Belgian blonde though darker In SRM but I have some wyeast 3787 trapist yeast too that I figured I'd throw into it..
I'd like to be Milder on the hops and accentuate the yeast and malty flavors.
what do yall think for hops?
