I'm planing out a new Keezer build with taps coming out through a collar.

As both SWMBO and I are left-handed, I figured why not make things easier for us and put the taps in the 'right' place? Only problem is that I don't have much experience in this field (I've never pulled my own draft) so I don't know what placement would be convenient.

So I ask the forum, on a collared keezer having both taps and a bottle opener, what configuration is the most comfortable for a left-handed drinker?

I don't think it really matters.

I'm a lefty and don't see any issue with a left or right placement of taps on the collar.

for taps i don't think it matters, i have an 8 tap tower and don't seem to prefer one side over the other (but i do pull the lever with my left). on the bottle opener i also hold the bottle with my left, so i'd say that the bottle opener on the left side of the taps will make for the easiest way to open bottles.
