Leaky keg again...

On all of my kegs the gas posts have little notches, or an engraved ring around the points of the bolt part to differentiate them.

Back to the leak, I don't remember if you replaced the orings or said they look ok. If you haven't, just replace them. The are cheap. Check the wiki for mcmaster part numbers.
 
AH. Actually, I think I once hooked the wrong QDs to the wrong posts. I wonder if I accidentally damaged the QD. It was a bit of a struggle to get it off the post. I forgot about that until I read the last few posts here.
 
Actually, on most of my kegs, I have been able to put the gas disconnect on the liquid post and remove it easily. My first few batches I was so anxious to tap them that I force carbed through the liquid post. I'll have to look and see if they're actually different on all of my kegs.
