Leaks Suck.

Hey All,

Just got home from vacation to find my 20# CO2 tank nearly empty. Turns out I had a leak... Somehow I managed to put a nylon washer between the FFL of the Ball Lock Disconnect and the MFL of the hose. As it turns out that causes a fairly large leak. Anyone have any good advice for making sure these don't happen in the future? I already basically hose the whole setup off with StarSan to see if I see bubbles...
