I bought an oz of leaf hops from Midwest supplies last month. Been in my basement in a grey vacum sealed package. It's been pretty hot here but the basement stays pretty cool. Very humid in philadelphia this time of year.

Anyone know how long they usually last in 80-90 degree weather in a cool basement?
I really hope they arn't ruined because I was gonna use them today in my hefe.

You normally want to store them in your fridge.... you want to make sure they didn't turn yellowish and I guess smell them before using them... 80-90 is warm to store hops in...

Generally, so long as they still smell fresh they should be fine to use. If they smell rotten, sour, or like cheese, avoid.
