Hey Guys i just had to share this recipe, i truly believe its a genuine clone that tastes absolutly fantastic! enjoy.

1 Can Coopers International series Pale Ale
1.5kg can Coopers light malt extract
250g Wheat spraymalt
25g Galaxy + 25g Cascade pellets Boiled 10min + 5g Galaxy at flameout for 2 min, strained into fermenter.
.5micron filtered water +- cold/hot to approx 20 C
Added rehydrated yeast
Dryhopped 30g Galaxy +10g Cascade pellets after 3 days.
Fermented for a furthur 7 days, bottled using coopers carb drops.
Test after 4 weeks , sooooo good. Thumbs up !
Next time i will boil 30g galaxy +25g cascade for 15min,
Dry hop using Galaxy flowers only and rack after 10 days for a week to reduce bottle sediment as well as use safale US-04 yeast.
Would love some feedback regarding this recipe, cheers.

Hey Mate,
I would post this on aussiehomebrewer.com. This is a US forum and Australian hops (Galaxy) are unavailable to most brewers in the states. Nor would they be familiar with Little Creatures.

Hi brewdownunder,

It's a while since you posted your LCPA recipe but I thought you might like to know that I tried it recently and the end result was fantastic! Thanks very much for posting it and hopefully you get this message!
