Lazy/busy brewing. can it ruin kit when brewed too long?

So I've been busy a lot during the holydays, I've been lazy a lot on my free time and I have this nebiollo that spent a whole month in the primary bucket and another month in the carboy. I just added the stabilizers and clearing agents today... very few bubbles showed up while stirring like mad to degas... what do you guys think? Will it be bad? will it be good? will it be "meh!"? will I just kill everyone that drinks it?

smells good, looks good... I think it'll be just fine.
 
I think your good....time is different with wine....some folks will not even think about bottling for the first year...or two!

I got a Nebbiolo that I started 27 Sept 2015...added clearing agents 21 Nov....starting to think about racking and filtering to a clean carboy. I'm not lazy, just real relaxed! Depending....I may or may not bottle in the spring....sometime.

BTW...the longer it sets, the less gas you will see....so, you are working hard...it just doesn't seem like it!
 
2 months, you are just getting started. Check back in 4 more months, your wine will be just about ready to sit 6 more months.
 
okay but I'm talking about a 6 week concentrate kit... I don't own a vineyard in my backyard y'know, I'm just a homebrewer? lol
 
The name "6 week kit" is marketing speak for...quickly get this in bottles and buy another kit or my boat payment will be late.

Wine takes time...lots of it...even kits. I generally do a 6 month ferment/rest followed by a year in the bottle. That can be tasted at 6 months in the bottle and again every month until it gets right.

Oh, and all I can get is kit juices, I live in an area that just isn't grape friendly.
 
Wine does need to age. You don't want to age in the lees. Wine will pick up off flavors from them.

I don't think your wine will be bad. It wasn't there that long. It still may have picked up some off flavors that you may or may not notice.
