A lot of breweries seem to just open without any announcement or grand opening event. I have no idea what Lawsons is going to do, but I wouldn't abandon all hope.

In seriousness, is any “real” Lawson’s getting made and packaged until the new brewery is done, or is it only the contract stuff?

In that “we'll open when we're ready” article, it says they made their first batch on 9/18. So, unless they made a ton of beer that week, idk how much could even be ready by the time you're up there (back to being pessimistic about the opening!)

In that “we'll open when we're ready” article, it says they made their first batch on 9/18. So, unless they made a ton of beer that week, idk how much could even be ready by the time you're up there (back to being pessimistic about the opening!)

Depending on the number of FVs they have, I imagine if they brewed even just 3 times a week since that 9/18 batch, plenty of beer would be ready by the later weeks of October.

I just found out that there has been three soft openings this week. Plans are for the Lawson’s to take a small vacation and most likely open after Halloween. That what I just found out.

I see where SOS is listed as ‘rotating’ on that other beer site, but it’s available now on the Lawson website and also on their upcoming list. Is SOS fairly available most times?
