Just kegged a 5 gallon batch of cider started oct 26 and reracked into secondary dec 28 kegged may 1.. i back sweetened with wine conditioner got a nice sweet flavor however it takes like a bottle of wine more then cider. did i do something wrong or is it the yeast i used should i let it sit longer and age its currently in keggerator force carbing at 8psi. I have a batch of wyeast, hc18 and cote de blanc rasberry still to keg should i change how i keg these?
