I need to make 10g of a recipe for my son's wedding. I was going to do a 5g this weekend and 5g next weekend because of my brew equipment and intention to do a BIAB with full volume. The brew store messed up and pulled mini mash quantities so I went with it (that's what I started brewing with so I'm perfectly comfortable doing so). Now with smaller boil volume I'm thinking why the heck can't I cut my work to one brew day instead of two.

NEED ANSWER ASAP!!! Any problem with doubling up steeping water, sparging water, etc etc?

To anyone who cares how this turned out, I did indeed double up and hit my target OG. I had my first boil over ever, however, which was a giant PIA but thankfully I was brewing outside so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
