I have an electric portable cook top with two 8” elements at 2600 watts each. One element will boil 3-4 gallons in a 6 gallon stock pot, but will not boil 5-6 gallons in my 8 gallon pot. Does anyone know of a larger single element cooker? All of the those I find are less watts than I have now. Please don’t suggest propane, I know about those.

lol... even though you said not to suggest propane... it really is much nicer. A LOT easier to prevent boil overs, more even heat prevents spot scorching in the pan and probably cheaper than running a 5200w electric stove for a few hours. (thats almost $9 per hour in my neck of the woods) Just a thought.......

good luck with the hunt!
