New York Lallemand Sourvisiae - Bio-engineered lactic producing yeast

I’m interested in trying out Lallemand Sourvisiae but unfortunately it is only sold in 500g bricks for $200. That said, what I’m thinking of doing is buying a brick, breaking it down into 50g vials, and piecing it out at cost.

Cost will be the original cost + original shipping + shipping to you - I'm guessing that it will be ~$30 for 50g worth - but again, actual cost will be determined once the order is placed.
