Recently started fermenting my first lager in the garage. During this time of year in Texas temps can get up to 75 degrees during the day and around 50 degrees during night time. Is this temperature fluctuation going to ruin the beer?

It depends on how cool the actual beer stays. If its getting up into the 60s or 70s, you will be getting a bigger yeast profile, although some people do like that
