using wlp840 Pilsen lager yeast .. for a yeast starter.
says on packet 65-72 F (18-22C)
Lagers are fermented at 50 F so if I make a yeast starter from this does it need to be at 50 F or can I just do the yeast starter at room temperatures like I do with ales?
And when I do ferment the beer should it be at the regular 50 F?
