So, I didn't intend to do this, but apparently I infected my melomel when I was cold crashing it. Is there any way to stop the lacto/pedio from getting any worse? It isn't too bad now, just slightly sour, but I wouldn't want it to get any worse!

We might need a little more information but the short answer is there isn't a way to get out the bacteria once they are in.

No, just trying to stop it from getting worse. I think i saw pellicle on the top and it tastes slightly sour, like a berlinerweisse beer.
