Lactic Acid Powder?

Have any of our fellow brewers ever considered using powdered lactic acid for mash pH control?

Nope. I can measure liquid acid easily with a syringe, so haven't considered using powder. A question I have is whether humidity affects the weight of the powder, and therefore measuring accuracy.
