lack of body

Hey Guys,

I have been doing a few brew lately and I am running into multiple issue, tackling them one at a time.

I am confronted to a lack of body on many of them, they are just watery feeling and was wondering what else I could use other than malto dextrine for an extract brew ?

Would help a bit more if you posted your recipe and let us know what you are brewing? Its pretty easy to hang a sack of grains in your pot for a partial mash..any UN-fermentables will help with body so chose grains that will compliment what ever it is your target style is.

Often a lack of body will resolve itself if you let the beer sit in the bottles a little longer to mature.
