See if someone in your neck of the woods has any of the Wyeast 3864 sitting around in their yeast bank. That's the only way you'll really get the nice yeast profile out of it.
Otherwise you'll have to wait until the early Spring which is when Wyeast (usually) releases the 3864
You could try the Belgian Ardennes 3522 which has a nice fruity profile (can be a little on the bubblegum side) - but it won't make La Fin Du Monde
