Quick question. I added raspberries to my secondary fermenter yesterday (wheat beer). I transferred the beer directly on top of the mashed up fruit. It sat in the primary for 8 weeks. It's the first time I have added fruit. I made sure to wash, mash, and heat up/pasturize the fruit. Today I noticed that there was a lot of stuff floating on the top. I am assuming it is Krausen, but wanted to verify it isn't infection. Can someone take a look and let me know? It smells like beer and there is a little action in the airlock.

Thanks!

Looks like an infection of a deadly bacteria capable of destroying humanity as we know it. I strongly suggest you wait a few weeks, bottle it, then ship both cases to my house where I can keep it secured and protect humanity from this Pandora's Box of pestilence you may otherwise unleash.:D
