Knit Growler Cover

My wife wants to make a knit growler cover for our use when transporting our beer. I was wondering if any of you have any patterns or know of any out there? we did a search online and only found one type, so we wanted to see what else is possible. Thanks!

Not sure if your wife is on ravelry.com, but that would be the place to look for a pattern. I did a quick search and saw 3 different patterns (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/search#sort=best&craft=knitting&query=growler).

There are also some carboy cover patterns floating around, although I would never want to knit a carboy cover.

(I love it when my hobbies cross over).

She is on Ravelry and finds most of her patterns there. She did find those, but wanted something a little sleeker and possibly free! Thanks!

Haha - I totally agree about the "sleekness" - some of those, or at least the colours chosen, look pretty d@mn frumpy to me. Best of luck in her/your search. If she finds/makes something, tell her to post the pattern for hte rest of us.
