Doing a strawberry blonde for summer. Going to add the berries to secondary. Debating rather I should kill off the yeast first or let them ferment the fruit too. Pros and cons of either?
 
While I don't do fruit beers all that much, I thought you always let the fruit ferment. Plus, surely you don't want a bunch of dead yeast sitting in your beer....
