Making my 2nd batch today. Still waiting for the cream ale to carbonate. It's only been the bottle for a week now. I tried one I put in the fridge and it had very little carbonation, but still was good. Didn't taste like cat piss so I gues that a good thing.
Now I'm in the process of making a porter(Kitty Hawk), smells nice and looks even better. Got the brew bug a think, going make some mead next I do believe. Gotta get another Pilsner Urquell from the fridge and check the brew.
