Does anyone know a general business that would be able to drill a hole in a brew kettle for a valve? I am inept with tools and don't have any that I would personally attempt it with. I don't even know where or what type of business would do that type of thing. Thanks for any help and for not making too much fun of me.

I would say depending on the kettle (kegs being rather thick), it is a simple process with a step drill bit. If you have a drill, a 10 dollar drill bit and 15 minutes of time, it can be a rather simple process (Bobby from Brewhardware and YouTube (BobbyfromNJ) has some good videos on the process/options). Now, if you still feel like it is a process you prefer not to engage with, likely a welding/fabrication shop would be a good place to start. Cheers.
