Can't find a recipe, per se, but some sleuthing suggests:
(from Bison's website) 3lb per barrel = 1.6oz/gal. Obviously it's not saying what the schedule is, but other locations say it's 100% Organic Simcoe.

Might have to have a few tries at this to get what you're looking for. I've never had it, but I would imagine the info above, a rounded hop schedule (additions at 60, 30, 5, and 0 minutes, along with dry hopping), and a clean grain bill would get you in the ballpark.
