I have 3 kegs that I am turning into keggles. I have a welder willing to weld on couplings. How many do I need to buy (I currently have 7) and where should they go. I was hoping for a thermometer and sightglass on my brew pot along with a ball valve so I was thinking three on the brew pot? I am unsure on the mash tun and hot water tank? Any help would be appreciated!

The thermometer and sight glass can go on 1 with the use of a Tee fitting (sightglass up thermometer in). Mine are set just above the weld where the bottom skirt is attached,
