I looking to change the way I serve my sours in my keezer. I think I have been to paranoid about dirtying things up in my clean beers. I don't want to use a picnic tap anymore. Is it feasible to share a faucet for clean and wild beers? I'm not opposed to drilling in another tap, I just dont want to add things that arent really nessesary.
I am thinking Ill just get a dedicated sour serving line, and connection to the keg.
Any opinions if I should do more? How do you guys run your wild stuff in the kegerator?
