i used cornykeg.com as posted above - the guy was really nice. he does it on the side, so his hours are a little less than desirable and its really strange to go pick it up there - drive through a suburb and whatnot....but it was a great price, they were guaranteed for a year and pressure tested, and i could inspect em the day i picked em up. good luck with the kegging - if you need any help, bm me - its a lot easier than bottling!
 
I got my kegs at cornykeg.com and picked them up there. Only one issue which was a faulty lid and had to return it but you can't beat the prices if you aren't shipping.
 
I ordered from cornykegs.com just last week actually. I got the 4 refurbished ball lock (converted from pin lock) kegs for $105. Great deal! The kegs were cleaned, had new ball lock parts, new O-Rings which were even lubricated. And the kegs didn't look like they been the victims of war crimes like some of my other kegs.
