I have a quick question about kegging from 2 different buckets. I have a 1/4 keg that holds 7.5 gallons. My question is... If i make a 10 gallon batch and ferment in 2 - 5 gallon buckets, can I siphon 2.5 gallons in to a bottling bucket to bottle, then the other 2.5 gallons with the whole other 5 gallons from the other bucket into the same keg. Do you think there would be any difference in the way the 2 buckets fermented? Has anyone done this? I use a freezer with a temp controller for my fermentation chamber, so the temps and all conditions should be the same. Thanks for any feedback.

Shouldn't be an issue at all. Just remember to use half as much priming sugar as you would for a full batch.
