Last Tuesday (the 12th) I racked 3 gallons of Apfelwein on top of 2 gallons of apple juice in my keg for a party. Hooked up the keg to my manifold and have been letting it sit at about 12-13psi along with a now tapped keg of wheat and a IPA I have. Both the IPA and wheat were already carbed. Yesterday I checked on the diluted Apfelwein and there are zero signs of carbonation.

I am fairly new to kegging, but everything else I have tried to carb in this manner was drinkable in terms of carbonation by one week. I unhooked the IPA and increased pressure to 35psi in hopes that it will carb in time. Is there anything that could be causing this or am I just over reacting? It doesn't seem like there is a leak as he CO2 tank hasn't run out of gas despite being hooked up to this keg for 1 week and change straight.

Put the keg on your lap sideways with 35psi hooked to it. Rock the keg like a seesaw for about 5 minutes. Disconnect the gas and leave it cold overnight. Purge the keg of pressure, hook the gas back up at 12 psi and give it a try.
