Plant Based Homebrewer
I am doing my first saison today. I know this is a style that is usually bottle conditioned. I am going to keg it as it is much easier to keg and takes less space. My question is should I condition with priming sugar or will force carbing work that same. I have heard mixed reviews about this with a Saison. I would prefer to force carb but I don't want to lose any characteristics the priming sugar would give the beer.
