First all grain batch is also first kegged batch - Edworts Bee cave Pale All from Brewmasterswarehouse.

I'd like to thank you guys here for the invaluable advice on kegging and chest freezers.. I have also found Chris Knight's Youtube videos very helpful.

Got 1 full corny in the chest freezer on about 12 lbs now. 4 empties just waiting so got another batch of bee cave pale ale bubblin away.

On deck
Belgian Tripel
Lemon Corriander Weiss
New Castle clone
Cherry Stout
Copper Ale
Big Truck Brown Ale.
Moose Drool Clone

Been buying all grain kits from Midwest.. I think after I finish up all of these I'll try creating my own.

Thanks again

Coming up with your own AG recipe isn't too hard. After all, malt plus hops and yeast will always yield beer.

I often look at the recipe database here at HBT to get ideas on crafting my own. its pretty easy to convert Extract and PM recipes to AG as well.
