Kegerator thermostat

I am turning a side by side fridge into a kegerator/ferm chamber. Is there a major difference between the stc - 1000 and the inkbird itc-1000 or is it just personal preference?

Any help would be greatly appreciated for a newbie!

No major differences, they're both dual-stage controllers with 10A relays.
A minor difference, the ITC can be set to display either Centigrade or Fahrenheit, while the STC is strictly Centigrade...
