Kegerator repair Bev Air bm23

I recently received a beverage air bm23 kegrator for free bc it wasn't cooling. I brought it home plugged it in to diagnose the kegrator seemed to be in working order all fans run thermostat turns off fans but it's just not cooling. I did a continuity test on the compressor and seem to check out. So next I checked the starter relay and it seems to be the culprit it has a rattle and it's my best guess but I cannot find where to buy this part. Is there anything else I should look for problem wise and where might I be able to find Beverage Air replacement parts
