Kegerator in the works

I have a few pics of a fridge that I want to convert and was looking for some advice. Don't know if these pics will be useful or not. Any advice will help

Looks like my first kegerator. I just put a corny in with a picnic tap and poured beer. My small fridge could hold two cornies and a 5# co2 tank on the compressor hump. Good luck!
