Kegco sends me a kegerator with lines about 5 ft maybe 6 ft max.

Any of you fellow brewers with commercial kegerators, - do you pop on your own 10 footers?

I’ve always used 10 footers in my DIY days and I really don’t want to replace these lines (because they’re already connected and it’s less working time, more beer time for me), but the avid home brewer in me tells me that these are too short. Why would kegco only put 5-6 ft lines in these things?

My guess is because 5 feets half the cost of 10 feet. I'd give it a try and see how it works. Nothing really to loose. Cheers
