Good morning guys ans girls in need some advice. I have a 19L keg but seems an old one. I have had co2 leaking out of my CMB connector. This is a new co2 ball lock cmb connector only used once and is leaking again. Was going to change the gas and liquid valves but these valves seem old. Spoke to a guy on ebay but he said he does not know what values mine are or which one would fit. Any help would be much appreciated bee a nightmare this. Pics below of gas valve.

Regards

Gareth

Don't waste your money on posts, all you need is orings, or a new poppet at worst. There are oring kits all over the place for kegs. Don't forget to press the poppet out of the post to replace the small oring on top.

BTW- What you have is a Firestone/Spartanburg pin lock keg that has been converted to a ball lock keg and an Italian lid.

The o-ring on the gas diptube looks to likely be the original and appears to be dry, replace all of the o-rings on the keg, usually a kit is ~$5 or so, and the poppets are ~3 each. Keglube (food grade silicone grease) often times helps as well. Apply it to all of the o-rings, liberally.

That's great to know thanks for the the information. I have changed out the old springs and put new springs in slightly bigger with a different puppet valve but managed to screw down slightly awkward as new seals are new but did screw down thanks for the advice and info pics of seals changed. Would the new spring and popet valve be ok
