keg to tap problems

Right im trying to hook up my kegs to a tower with two taps on it,
On the underside of the tower there are 4 lines, two for each tap.
Two lines are 1/4" outer diameter and the other two are 3/16" outer diameter.
Which one is the beer line?

3/16 is SHOULD be the beer lines.

When it is all set up do yourself a favor and fill a keg with hot oxyclean free or PBW and run it through both lines. I would even let the cleaner sit in the lines for a 15 minutes. Rinse them really well and then send cold sanitizer through them after.
