Keg question.

Can anybody tell me what the diameter of a Sanke Keg is? I am building a new brew stand and currently have an old style Keggle that I am using but want to be able to use a Sanke Keggle.

sankes are 17; corneys are 8

One of Mine was 15.5 inches might as well make it bigger just in case yours are bigger. They do come in a lot of different diameters. I have a Coors keg and it is smaller in diameter top and bottom than the one I measured.

good point. 17 is the standard, but nothing makes them make it that size . if you're making a stand, going with 17 is safe
