I finished my keezer last fall and have been very satisfied with how it turned out. I'd like to put a hefeweisen in it next but am unsure how the sediment normally found in a hefe will work out. Will the first pours have a lot of sediment and the last ones more clear?

Maybe, if you're gonna prime with sugar in the keg. I think a lot of the hefe yeasts out their are pretty low flocculating. If force carbing, I would expect most of the yeast that makes it to the keg to stay in suspension. You may have someamount floc out between pints. I'm going to find out the answer to this soon, as I'm planning to brew and keg a hefe in the near future. Pretty sure yeast in the glass is not a problem for a hefe anyway.

I find a little trub in all my kegs because I rack directly from primary to the keg. After the first 2 cups it’s pretty much gone. But this way i only lose a pint or two, racking to a bottling bucket i used to lose a lot more
