I'm putting the finishing touches on my straightforward keezer build and would like to add keg volume monitoring at some point. I've tried searching the site but not easily finding the info to create a list of options. Ideally I'm looking for an off the shelf product vs DIY but DIY is an option especially if there's a kit that includes all the pieces parts and an interface that requires no coding on my part. Suggestions?

you mean like plato

or something simpler:

or something super fancy

or see through kegging - my favorite.

Ever heard of "Raspberry Pints"? It's a RaspberryPi taplist application that uses an Arduino UNO to interface flow meters
The original version (2) inspired the thread linked below, but the tail of the thread deals with a completely re-written version that runs on more current RaspberryPi operating systems (specifically Bullseye).

As an example, I'm still running the old version driving an old monitor atop my tap tower, and it looks like this:

The new version can be set up to look the same...

Cheers!

+1 for the Plaato system. With a keezer, they should fit just fine. The only complained I've heard about them is the temperature feature. My kegerator fits 3 kegs fairly snug so, unfortunately, the Plaato system was out. I made my own Plaato-like scales. Obviously, it requires some DIY, but no engineering degrees required.

Yes, I have and I guess it's an option but not one I'm excited about. Unless I misunderstand the system and what's required (which is possible since I haven't looked at it close for a few years now), I'm looking for something more plug-n-play. I really prefer not having to source a bunch of hardware components separately and then do any kind of programming. I do not have the time or desire to futz around trying to cobble a system together and get it to work. Maybe it's easier than I'm thinking it is but I'm not going to wade through 204 pages of posts to figure it out.

lol! Well, you'd be advised to start near the end, but it does require the kind of effort that's not likely what you're looking for...

Cheers!
