Can I take a room temp keg, put it on ice, than return to room temp without affecting the quality of the beer? For example, putting it on ice for a party.
Really it depends if it was dispensed with CO2 or with a hand pump. Are you talking about a keg that you got at the beer store with a pump or a homebrew keg that was hooked up to CO2 ?
