Is this a sankey D keg coupler. I have two and they look different that metal piece on the bottom doesn’t stick out on the other one. If this one is broken is there a fix?

Is this a sankey D keg coupler. I have two and they look different that metal piece on the bottom doesn’t stick out on the other one. If this one is broken is there a fix?
Could that be an S-System coupler for European kegs?
