I have not been able to find any info on what pressure to set the spunding valve. I have been keeping it @ 25 to 30 psi.Put priming sugar for bottling. found out later it should have been half that amount. The pressure keeps building up to 30 then I lower to 25. Should I keep doing it till it stops climbing. I want bottle this and not have it over carbed or bottle bombs. Trying to get a level of 2.5.
 
What temperature is the beer at? You can use keg carbing chart/calculator (many of them exist if you Google it) and just set it there. Make sure you get it cold to bottle or you'll have a foamy mess.
