I have a keezer which holds 4 kegs, but often have a 5th beer waiting to go in.
My CO2 is set at 30PSI, and then I have splitters and mini regulators to drop it for the kegs in the keezer. I also have a line coming out of the side of the keezer for when I need CO2 for other things.
Now if I connect the CO2 to my keg outside the keezer at 30PSI, at 19c that is 2.6 volumes of CO2.
Im normally around 2.3-2.6 volumes for the kegs in the keezer anyway (3c).

So my question is, if I force carbonate outside the keezer at room temperature, then move the keg into the keezer, will I have any adverse effects, or will I have beer ready to pour once it reaches temperature?

No adverse effects due to carbonating in that manner. I actually do the same with my imperial stouts as I only want to bring them up to ~1.2 volumes and that's surprisingly difficult to do to cold beer :)

Cheers!
