Ive had my keg of Saison on 11psi for one week at approx 36*F. My buddy is coming over tomorrow and the beer is under carbonated.

I've got 30 hours to get this beer fully carbed.

Ideas? Suggestions? Thanks!
 
Crank psi to 30 for the next 18-30 hours, just make sure to purge and lower psi to serve.

Also, you should be at 12-13 psi, especially for Saison, IMO.
