I found a great little fan at Target yesterday. It was only $6.99, all-steel frame, and measured 5 1/2 inches in diameter. It can be aimed straight up for ideal cold-air circulation.
I can't find it online, but it's in that Auto/Hardware section with all of the other fans.
It finally helped me to regulate the temp in my keezer, which was fluctuating about 15 degrees without circulation. I'm using the adjustment-screw method, instead of the external temp-control method.
